Strawberry Matcha Affogato Blended
Drink Description:
Made of high-quality matcha powder with a sweet, creamy layer of whipped cream foam on top, the Strawberry Matcha Affogato Blend is an earthy treat for matcha lovers.
DaVinci Gourmet Ingredients:
| European Strawberry Syrup | 20ml |
| Matcha Powder | 15g |
| Frappease Powder | 40g |
Other Ingredients:
| Milk | 150ml |
| Ice | 200g |
| Hot water | 30ml |
| Whipped cream | Garnish |
Method:
- Dissolve Matcha powder with hot water to create a Matcha shot
- Add DaVinci Gourmet ingredient, ice and milk into blender cup
- Blend for 15 seconds until smooth
- Pour blended mix into glass
- Pour Matcha shot
- Garnish and serve
