Drink Description:
Joining the dots between the notes of cocoa butter and dark chocolate for an intense flavour combination in a milk coffee
DaVinci Gourmet Ingredients:
| Butterscotch Syrup | 1 pump (10ml) |
| Bellagio Chocolate | 1 scoop (10g) |
Other Ingredients:
| Espresso | Single Shot |
| Fresh Milk | 280ml |

| 12oz cup / Espresso Machine / |
Method:
- Add Bellagio Chocolate and Butterscotch Syrup to a shot glass.
- Extract Espresso into the shot glass and dissolve well
- Steam milk to required temperature and texture
- Pour steamed milk into cup
- Pour in dissolved mixture
- Garnish with Bellagio Dusting and serve
