    Drink Description:
    Using a combination of flavours and simple preparation techniques that are familiar to baristas to create the burnt visual on the foam

    DaVinci Gourmet Ingredients:

    Butterscotch Syrup 2 pump (20ml)
    Bellagio Chocolate Dusting

    Other Ingredients:

    Espresso Single Shot
    Fresh Milk 280ml
    EQUIPMENT/ TOOLS
    12oz cup / Espresso Machine /

    Method:

    • Add Butterscotch Syrup and fresh milk to milk pitcher
    • Steam Fresh Milk to required temperature and texture
    • Pour steamed milk into the cup holding back the foam
    • Add Bellagio Chocolate dusting
    • Add remaining foam to the cup and pour Espresso into the beverage Serve
