Grapefruit is a very popular flavour for iced teas in the region. Grapefruit Passion Iced Tea perfectly pairs the assertive flavour profile of grapefruit with the mellow tropical passion fruit into a delicious summer refresher!

| Green tea | 50ml |
| Soda water | 50ml |
| Rosemary | Garnish |
| Grapefruit slice | Garnish |
Method:
- Add all ingredients except soda into a shaker
- Shake well for 20 seconds
- Pour shaken mix into glass
- Top up with soda water
- Garnish and serve
