Drink Description:
Talk about refreshing! This beverage is the perfect way to cool down this summer. Inspired by the colours of Neymar’s Brazilian flag, this application combines a popular Brazilian flavour, the passion fruit with zesty orange peel for the ultimate summer drink.
DaVinci Gourmet Ingredients:
| Passionfruit Fruit Mix | 15ml |
| Blue Ocean Syrup | 10ml |
Other Ingredients:
| Chilled water | 100ml |
| Ice | 200g |
| Passionfruit wedge | Garnish |
Method:
- Add blue ocean syrup and chilled water into a mixing glass with ice
- Stir well to chill evenly
- Add passionfruit fruit mix and a dash of chilled water into glass and stir
- Fill the glass with ice
- Top up with blue ocean mix
- Garnish and serve
