Drink Description:
Butterscotch is always welcome when there’s an element of sweet and salty and this is the perfect application to showcase that relationship.
DaVinci Gourmet Ingredients:
Butterscotch Syrup | 3 pump (30ml) |
Frappease Powder | 3/4 scoop (30g) |
Other Ingredients:
Espresso | 2 Shots |
Fresh Milk | 130ml |
Ice | 250g |
Fine Salt | 2g |
Whipped Cream | Garnish |
EQUIPMENT/ TOOLS | |
16oz cup / Ice Blender / Espresso Machine |
Method:
- Blend Butterscotch Syrup, Frappease Powder, Fine salt, milk, and ice in a blender jar
- Add Espresso to the cup
- Pour blended mix into the cup
- Garnish with whipped cream and serve
