Drink Description:
The base of the matcha drink turns purple when butterfly pea tea is added to it, giving it a beautiful colour combination of purple and green. This herbal infusion draws out a complex flavor profile with mellow vegetal grassy notes, natural sweet nuttiness, a touch of bitterness with a pleasant savory ending.
DaVinci Gourmet Ingredients:
| Matcha Powder | 10gm |
Other Ingredients:
| Butterfly pea tea | 100ml |
| Lemon juice | 5ml |
| Hot water | 50ml |
| Ice | 200gm |
| Lemon wedge | Garnish |
Method:
- Add Butterfly Pea Tea, Lemon juice and ice into glass and mix well
- Dissolve Matcha powder with hot water
- Pour matcha mix into glass
- Garnish and serve
