Drink Description:
To celebrate the 2010 World Cup champion, this application is inspired by the vibrant colours of the Spanish flag. The fruity and refreshing lemonade is a blend of juicy mangoes and crunchy pomegranate granita. Double texture, double fun!
DaVinci Gourmet Ingredients:
| Grenadine Pomegranate Syrup | 20ml |
| Lemonade Base | 15ml |
Other Ingredients:
| Soda | 150ml |
| Ice | 200gm |
| Lemon wedges | Garnish |
| Pomegranate seeds | 10g |
Method:
- Add grenadine pomegranate syrup and 100g of ice into a blender cup and blend for 10 seconds
- Add portion of the granita to the glass
- Add lemon wedges and ice
- Add lemonade base and soda water
- Garnish with the remaining granita and pomegranate seeds
