CREAMY LEMON TEA
Drink Description:
Lemon teas can come in many ways, but no one has elevated it to a point that it is creamy, but now you can and it’s a great way to get your customer’s attention! Be first to do something novel and stand to gain from the first mover’s advantage!
DaVinci Gourmet Ingredients:
| Lemonade Concentrate | 2 pumps (30ml) |
| Black Tea Concentrate | 2 pumps (30ml) |
Other Ingredients:
| Fresh Milk | 120ml |
| Ice | 230g |
| Pistachio Grounds | Garnish |
| Espresso | Double |
Method:
- EQUIPMENT/ TOOLS - 14oz dine-in cup or 16oz dine-in/takeaway cup
- Add all ingredients into the blender without the ice
- Blend on high speed for 5 seconds
- Add ice into cup
- Pour blended mix into cup
- Garnish and serve
