Drink Description:
Pistachio-inspired with a flavour under the sun that everyone loves bringing a familiar yet eye-catching colour combination. The thickened pistachio whip elevates the mouthfeel to the next level bringing a combination of refreshment and indulgence.
DaVinci Gourmet Ingredients:
| Strawberry Fruit Mix | 3 pumps (45ml) |
| Texturizing Base | 3 pumps (45ml) |
| Cooler Base Powder | 20g |
Other Ingredients:
| Fresh Milk | 120ml |
| Ice | 230g |
| Pistachio Grounds | Garnish |
| Espresso | Double |
Method:
- EQUIPMENT/ TOOLS - 14oz dine-in cup or 16oz dine-in/takeaway cup
- Add Strawberry Fruit Mix, Texturizing Base, fresh milk and ice into the blender
- Blend on high speed till smooth
- Drizzle Strawberry Fruit Mix in the cup
- Spread Pistachio Whip inside the cup
- Pour blended mix into cup
- Garnish and serve
