Honey Passion Parfait
Drink Description:
Take your senses on a vacation with this exotic parfait. The secret to this invigorating drink is the wonderful flavours and antioxidants concealed in the passion fruit. We can already feel ourselves healing with just a look at this treat.
DaVinci Gourmet Ingredients:
| Passionfruit Mix | 30ml |
Other Ingredients:
| Full Cream Milk | 100ml |
| Ice | 180g |
| Honey | 5g |
| Granola | 30g |
| Pineapple Ring | Garnish |
| Powdered Brown Sugar | Garnish |
Method:
- Combine all ingredients (except granola) into a blender cup
- Blend for 25 seconds until smooth.
- Add granola in the bottom of the glass.
- Pour blended mixture into glass..
- Top with pineapple ring
- Sprinkle some brown sugar.
- Lightly torch the brown sugar until caramelized.
- Garnish and serve
