What does it provide to your masterpieces?

It delivers a fresh garden mint taste profile with a touch of citrus lime zest flavours to my application. It can also be combined in either fruity or dessert type application which makes it highly versatile.

What is the ‘Signature’ that will make you stand apart?

This signature blend is made with carefully selected Brazilian lime juice and fresh Cuban mint. With each sip, you can taste every ingredient of a traditional and authentic Mojito with the intense aroma of the fresh garden mint profile.

Inspired by the popular mint chocolate from the West. This elevated rendition features the indulgent pairing of creamy chocolate and Cuban mint with a hint of refreshing Brazilian lime juice. Complex and yet delightful. This is definitely something that will make you coming back for more.

Method

Flavoured Whipped Cream:

Add 120ml chocolate sauce and 350ml whipping cream into a cup stir to dissolve completely
Screw on one (N2O) cream charger and shake 3 to 5 times, depending on desired consistency
Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 48hrs until needed
