Drink Description:

Inspired by the unique traditional snack from West Java Indonesia. Transformed into beverage form, providing a sweet, creamy, and refreshing flavors.


Other Ingredients:
  • Coconut Water 60ml
  • Heavy Cream 30ml

Method

Garnish:

  • DVG Cheesecake Sauce
  • Pandan Leaf

Tools:

  • Mixing Glass
  • Jigger
  • Long Bar Spoon
  • Julep Strainer
  • Portable Gas Torch

Method:

  • Pour Pandan Syrup and Coconut water into mixing glass, add ice and stir for 30seconds and put aside.
  • Mix well Heavy Cream and Caramel Sauce with Milk Frother until set.
  • Pour Pandan mixture into nice chilled glass and pour the foam gently on top of it to create layer.
  • Torch the foam with Gas Torch until it burnt and gives you nice smoky aroma.
  • Decorate with Cheesecake sauce and Pandan and Serve.
